Product License
This License Agreement is a legal contract between you
(either as an individual or as an entity) and Ax3soft Co., Ltd.
(“AX3SOFT? for the Ax3soft Sax2 and related add-ons (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using the Software Product. Installation or use of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement.
Copyright
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Documentation are copyrighted by
AX3SOFT and are protected by international copyright laws. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT contains copyrighted software of AX3SOFT. All rights reserved.
You agree not to remove any trademarks or copyright notices from
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Documentation.
Single User License
One Single User License of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used
by a specific individual who is licensed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on one computer.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed on a networked system, or on
a computer connected to a file server or other system that physically
allows shared access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the LICENSEE agrees
to prevent use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by more than one user.
If you want to install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a network and provide
access for more than one user, you should purchase additional single-user
licenses. Additional single-user licenses are not concurrent-user
licenses (that is, each additional single-user license is associated
with a specific individual).
Multi-User License
A multi-user license includes one key allows a given number
of computers or users of your organization in single geographic
location to use a single license key of the program. You receive
only one license key of the program. You can install and operate
the program on any number of machines as long as the number of users
not exceed your license.
The license permits you to distribute the specified number of licensed
copies of Ax3soft Sax2 entirely within your organization. You may
not give, transfer or sell multi-user-licensed copies of Ax3soft
Sax2 to your customer(s), or any third party, nor include such copies
in, or with, products you sell.
Site License
With a Multi-User License you are granted a non-exclusive,
nontransferable license to install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any number
of computers provided that this number does not exceed the quantity
specified in the license file purchased by you. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
may not be installed on a computer network for use by more than
one person concurrently. If you own a 2 user license, you may not
install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on 3 computers, even if you are only
using it on 2 computers concurrently.
Site License
Our Software Product isly priced for a single user license. One
Single User License allows a specific individual to install and
run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. The Site License,
however, allows you to install and operate the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on an unlimited number of computers at a single organization location,
and provides access for unlimited users. Remote sites, for example,
branch offices, require separate licenses.
Global License
A Global License allows unlimited number of users in the
same organization to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number
of computers at any organization location worldwide.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL AX3SOFT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
Not-For-Resale Copies
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is marked as a Not-For-Resale (NFR) copy
you may not sell or transfer the usage license of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
for any kind of payment. An NFR copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may
only be used for purposes of demonstration the SOFTWARE PRODUCT’s
resources. With an NFR version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT you may not
make or distribute additional copies.
Demo Version
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is marked as a demonstration version
for the final user (DEMO) you must buy a legal license and delete
all copies of the demo version after expiring the time limit. The
demo version may be distributed freely by any kind of MEDIA, Internet
server, BBS, etc., as long as no changes are made and package content
is not changed.
Limitation on Use
You may not: permit other individuals to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
except under the terms listed above; modify, translate, reverse
engineer, decompile, decrypt, extract, disassemble, or create derivative
works based on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT other
than as specified in Software Usage section of this License; sell,
rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer
rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; or alter or remove any proprietary
notices or labels on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. LICENSEE warrants that
it will not use or redistribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for such purposes.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People's
Republic of China.
Distribution
The DEMO version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed
freely in its original unmodified and unregistered form. The distribution
must include all files of its original distribution. Distributors
may not charge any money for distributing this version. Anyone distributing
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any kind of remuneration must first contact
us for authorization.
Ax3soft does not grant you the right to give away, sell, license
or otherwise distribute the full version or Not-For-Resale copies
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
