 ProFTPD is
an FTP server implementation that is available for UNIX
and Linux platforms. ProFTPD is exposed to an
unauthorized access issue that occurs when malicious
attackers replace the official application (hosted on
its main distribution servers and certain mirrors) with
an application that contains a backdoor.
